Interview

Why did you choose this career? (02/19/2007)

I became passionate about the study of literature in my early twenties when I took a contemporary lit course with one of the best professors I have ever studied under. Dr. Cole listened to what I had to say about the challenging texts and helped me open my mind to other ideas I have never considered. Literature is about the human condition; education is an attempt to come to terms with it. I want to enlighten as I was enlightened, and literature gives me a path.
